Live entertainment will greatly enhance the experience of your guests and help to create the relaxed, romantic atmosphere similar to that of the old steamboats that once plied the waters of the Mississippi River. You are responsible for hiring your own entertainment whether it be one of the bands or disc jockeys listed below or a band or disc jockey of your choice. The groups listed below have played on the boats frequently and are often requested by our passengers. They are familiar with our procedures and work well with our crew when setting up.

Exclusive Private Rentals
Padelford Riverboats are available for exclusive private events including conventions, meetings, weddings,etc. day or evening for groups of 50 to 710 from April through October. With a Private Charter you have exclusive use of the riverboat. Rates start at $600 per hour. Full bar, complete white linen dining service, bands and DJ service available. For a very special private event try a Padelford theme cruise: Las Vegas Night, Caribbean Cruise, Fabulous Fifties Reunion, Mexican Fiesta, Oktoberfest, Northwoods Adventure. Your cruise is three hours long and you have an additional 30 minutes prior to departure for boarding and 15 minutes following the cruise for departure and removal of party and entertainment equipment. Discounts are available for senior citizen daytime events and school proms/graduation parties in April, May and June.
