We are insured. Some other operations ask you to sign "at risk" contracts which make you fully liable.

We are pleased to serve you and do not wish to trouble you or your guests with this intrusion or the added cost.

Bands & Disc Jockey's

Live entertainment will greatly enhance the experience of your guests and help create whatever type of mood you are looking for. Let our charter consultants assist you in finding the perfect band. You are welcome to have any band play for your event, all we ask is that you share the following Policies and Procedures with the band that you select.

In an effort to offer our customers a full service event we are now working with an exclusive DJ company. All DJ's must be booked through the Padelford Packet Boat Company. For more details, speak with your charter consultant. We recommend booking your DJ as soon as possible, however all DJ's must be booked at least two weeks before your event. If you wish to bring on your own DJ there will be a service charge of $150.00. We also ask that you share our Policies and Procedures with the DJ that you select and provide a certificate of insurance form the DJ.

Other Entertainment

If you are searching for a unique entertainment experience, our charter consultants can assist you in finding caricaturists, magicians, fortune tellers, etc.

Furniture Move

We prefer not to move furniture because of limited storage space, difficulty in moving equipment and damage that occurs, and the stability of the vessel. When it is necessary to move furniture, the charge is $10 per table with chairs or $175 to rearrange the entire floor.

Flowers and Decorations

The riverboats are attractively appointed with brass lamps, embossed tin ceilings and colorful carpeting. If you wish to add flowers, balloons, banners, etc., you may do so with a few considerations.

All Casino Services must be purchased through the Padelford Packet Boat Co. Your guests will enjoy all of the excitement of a night in Las Vegas with nothing to lose. Even gaming neophytes have nothing to fear - our friendly, experienced dealers will teach the different games and ensure a good time for everyone.
